Today, Women are taking control of their financial destinies by starting their own business. Most Women prefer working from home due to several reasons. When you start a business from home, you save various rents. Since you already have a accommodation, you can use it as office. When you work from home there is freedom to set your own work schedule. You don't have to travel long in bad weather or get stuck in Traffic Jam. You don't have to pay for child care. Most women are deciding to work from home so that they can spend more time with their children and family.

Setbacks: When you decide to work from home, Since you have flexibility to set up tour own schedule, If you don't manage the time you can face a state of stress and aggravation. Other disturbances are some phone call, Television or some maid or guest at your home. People don't understand that even though you are at home you still have a business to run.

How to overcome the setbacks: You must have a strong commitment and self discipline when running a home based business. Set your hours that you are going to spend on work. There may be some unplanned interruptions with a small child, so you can overcome that by giving some extra time. Spend quality time with your family and do not overload yourself with work. You can have a lunch outside or play game with your child. Networking is an important part of running a successful business, so be in contact with others. Women build a strong customer relationship, thus increasing customer loyality and referrals. Today internet is also full of opportunities, providing more chances to succeed and grow.
